Is BiteTwo really free?
Yes. All features are free today: no monthly fee, no setup fee, no commission per order and no contract.
Are there limits in the free version?
No. Tables, groups, menu items, orders and staff accounts are unlimited, whether you run a café with five tables or a festival.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Register with your email address and start right away. No payment details are needed.
What does accepting online payments cost?
Online payments are optional and go through your own Mollie account. Mollie charges its usual transaction fees directly; BiteTwo takes no cut. Cash and your own card reader keep working without any fees from us.
Do I have to buy hardware?
No. Staff use the phones, tablets or computers you already have, and guests order on their own phones.
How long does it take to set up?
About 10 minutes: create your account, add your menu items and invite your staff. Then open a guest session and take the first order.
Can I stop anytime?
Yes. There is no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Are paid plans planned?
All current features are free. Should paid extras be added in the future, they will be listed on this page with their price.
